چکیده

Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disease with proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, and edema. One rare, potentially life-threatening complication of nephrotic posterior reversible encephalopathy (PRES). Sudden episodes neurological symptoms such as headache, confusion, seizures, or focal deficits radiological findings white matter abnormalities in the parietal occipital lobes characterize it. Multiple factors predispose an individual to PRES, uncontrolled hypertension, reduced serum albumin levels, administration drugs (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), anasarca, disturbed body fluid status renal insufficiency. Here, we report case PRES seven-year-old girl who presented high blood pressure while admitted ward. Her symptom rapidly recovered after control hypertension. Recurrence acute severe state (edema/ hypoalbuminemia), insufficiency may lead recurrent PRES. Thus, early treatment trigger factors, especially vital reduce
